- Financial/Cost history – view by lane & customer for all orders or grouping of orders.
- Service levels – ability to proactively manage expected service levels by reviewing on-time reporting by lane and/or customer.
Can provide proactive notification to internal Customer Service teams or directly to customers regarding:
- Load Events
- Load Tender Events – notification of when a load has been tendered to a carrier that has not been accepted
- SpotMarket Events (lane RFI)
- Appointment Events
- Load Notes regarding delays in-transit, OS&D’s, etc.
- WebSettle (freight payable) events
